Keyuan Museum Visitor's Guide
Opening time
In peacetime: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (The park will be closed at 5:00 p.m.)
National Holidays: 9:00-17:30 (The park will be closed at 5:00 p.m.)；
During the winter and summer vacations (subject to the time announced by the Dongguan Municipal Education Bureau every year): 9:00-17:30 (The park will be closed at 5:00 p.m.)

Ticket reservations
1、Dongguan Keyuan Museum implements a time-segment real-name reservation system, and the maximum daily carrying capacity of our museum is 6,000 people.The quota will end when it is full. The online reservation platform can make an appointment 6 open days in advance, and each person can only make an appointment for one session per day.Please note that if you exceed the time of your appointment, your appointment will be void. It is recommended that visitors make an appointment in advance according to the itinerary planning.

2、Visitors who have successfully made a reservation should go to Keyuan within the specified time period, cooperating with the guidance of the staff, and enter the museum with any kind of card or QR code with their personal ID card,social security card,electronic social security card or electronic citizen code.
Commentary service
At 10:30, 12:00, 14:00, 15:30 and 16:30 every day, free commentary services will be provided to the audience at the assembly point. Visitors can also rent smart guides on-site, or use digital means such as WeChat official accounts and QR codes to obtain commentary services.

Parking Guidelines
1、Dongguan Keyuan Museum has set up a parking lot at the south gate and the north gate. If you want to go to the North Gate parking lot, please locate: Can Museum - North Gate 1. If you want to go to the South Gate parking lot, please locate: Dongguan Calligrapher Association Exhibition Center.
2、Self-driving visitors can enter the parking lot from 9:30 to 17:30 on the open day. (9:00 for winter and summer holidays or statutory holidays).
3、Fees: Free for parking.

1、Catering service: Water dispensers are set up in the visitor center, and self-service vending machines are set up in the comprehensive museum area.
2、Storage service: If you need to store your luggage, you can contact the on-site staff.
3、Shopping service: The souvenir shop is located next to the Peacock Gate ticket office.
4、Guide booklet: It can be read and take away for free on the entrance of visitor center, service desk of the comprehensive museum area, and ancient building .

6、Wheelchairs: You can use it for free after you mortgaging the relevant documents (such as ID cards, passports, resident residence permits, Hong Kong and Macao permits, home return permits, Taiwan compatriot permits, etc.) on visitor center.

Notice
1、Dongguan Keyuan is a national key cultural relics protection unit. Any tourist in the process of visiting should abide by the "People's Republic of China Cultural Relics Protection Law" and the relevant cultural relics protection laws and regulations; Please be civilized when visiting, care and correct use of public facilities. Do not climb over the fence and be careful of glass; do not touch cultural relics and exhibits. Those who cause damage to cultural relics will be handed over to relevant departments for disposal in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. 2、The museum is a fire and security management area, please consciously accept the safety inspection. It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable, explosive, controlled equipment and fires and other dangerous goods into the museum. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the museum, and it is strictly forbidden to engage in dangerous behaviors such as fires; Also, it is strictly forbidden to bring pets into the museum, and please consciously take care of public facilities and public environment. 3、Except for strollers and wheelchairs used by pregnant women, children, the elderly, and people with physical impairments, all vehicles are prohibited from entering the museum premises. 4、Around the lake in the tour area, children and the elderly with reduced mobility must be accompanied by an adult; Alcoholics and people who are not well-dressed are declined to enter. 5、1、Please consciously abide by the order of the visit, cooperate with the management, and do not chase and make loud noises. 7、In order to protect the main body of cultural relics and the safety of tourists, the ancient building area will limit the number of visitors during the peak period of holiday admission, and visitors must queue up in batches according to the arrangement of the staff. 8、The "Interim Measures for the Administration of Cultural Relics Filming" shall be strictly implemented for commercial filming activities in ancient building areas; The wedding dress shooting activity implements an appointment system, and it is necessary to make an appointment and sign the "Letter of Responsibility for the Protection of Cultural Relics" five working days in advance; Commercial photography such as wedding photography is prohibited at Saturdays, Sundays and other statutory holidays which are free of charge because these are the peak times for tourists.
